Terms and Conditions for Outside Events These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of the instructor and guests in outside events organized by Artsy Sage. By participating in an outside event, Participants agree to the following terms and conditions: Shade, Fans, and Access to Water: 1. Host of event acknowledges the importance of providing a comfortable environment for Participants during outside events. Artsy Sage will make reasonable efforts to ensure that shade, fans, and access to water are provided for all events. 2. The Participants understand and acknowledge that outdoor events are subject to weather conditions, and the host may provide shade, fans, and access to water to the best of their abilities. However, Artsy Sage is not liable for any weather-related discomfort experienced by Participants. 3. In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances that may render the outdoor event impractical or uncomfortable, the host of the event will make reasonable efforts to arrange an indoor option nearby. 5. Participants understand and acknowledge that the availability of an indoor option is subject to the circumstances and availability of suitable indoor venues in close proximity to the original event location, and if it is comofrtable for all guest, and instuctor to paint. 6. Artsy Sage, and host of event will communicate any change in venue due to inclement weather or other circumstances to Participants in a timely manner. Refund Policy: 1. Participants understand and acknowledge that all event fees are non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions or changes in venue. 2. In the event that an indoor option is arranged, Participants may choose to attend the indoor event or transfer their registration to a future event organized by Artsy Sage, subject to availability and any additional fees that may apply. Indoor Events: 1. For indoor events, it is the responsibility of the venue or event host to provide a running water source and a designated area for participants to clean brushes and paint. 2. The venue or event host is also responsible for providing tables and chairs for all Participants and their guests. 3. Artsy Sage may provide specific requirements or recommendations regarding the setup and arrangement of the indoor space, and Participants agree to comply with such instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Liability: 1. Participants understand and acknowledge that Artsy Sage is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from their participation in the outside events or indoor events. 2. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the events, including following any instructions or guidelines provided by Artsy Sage or its instructors. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Florida. By participating in an outside event organized by Artsy Sage, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Paint and Sip Event Terms and Agreement This Terms and Agreement is between Artsy Sage and the undersigned participant, and all their guest for the participation in the paint and sip event organized by the Artsy Sage. By attending the Event, the Guest agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Safety and Liability: 1. The Guest acknowledges that participation in the Event may involve the consumption of alcohol. The Guest affirms that they are of legal drinking age, and will consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. 2. Artsy Sage will provide alcohol for the Event, and the Guest may also bring their own alcoholic beverages for certain packages. Guest understands, and agrees that the Company does not assume any responsibility or liability for the quality, safety, or suitability of any alcoholic beverages brought by the Guest. 3. The Guest acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participating in the Event, including, but not limited to risks related to alcohol consumption, painting activities, and interactions with other participants. 4. The Guest releases Artsy Sage, and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for any injury, loss, damage, or expense that may arise during or as a result of their participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or any other damages or losses incurred by the Guest. Code of Conduct: 1. The Guest agrees to behave in a responsible and respectful manner during the Event. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated, and Artsy Sage reserves the right to remove any Guest who violates this Code of Conduct from the Event. 2. The Guest agrees not to hold the Company responsible for the behavior or actions of other participants or third parties during the Event. Personal Belongings: 3. Artsy Sage is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the Event by the Guest. 4. The Guest is solely responsible for their personal belongings and should exercise caution and care when storing or handling their belongings during the Event, knowing there is paint involved. 4. The Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or relating to the Guest's participation in the Event. Photography and Media Release: 5. The Guest acknowledges and agrees that Artsy Sage may take photographs or videos during the Event and that the Guest's image or likeness may be used for promotional purposes without any compensation. 6. The Guest grants the Company the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any photographs or videos taken during the Event, including the Guest's image or likeness, for promotional purposes. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 7. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida. By attending the Event, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Event Booking Terms and Conditions These Event Booking Terms and Conditions govern the scheduling and refund policies for events organized by Artsy Sage. By booking an event, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions: Event Scheduling: 1. All events must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. This allows Artsy Sage to adequately prepare and allocate necessary resources for the event. (If an event is booked less than 2 weeks in advance, booking will be an additional fee. 2. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the event details, including date, time, location, and any specific requirements. Refund Policy: 1. Bookings are considered confirmed once the event date is scheduled and the Client has made a payment. 2. Events are fully refundable if canceled by the Client prior to the two-week deadline before the event. 3. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within two weeks of the event, it will be non -refundable. 4. The Client acknowledges that events are non-refundable after the two-week deadline due to the resources, materials, and arrangements made by Artsy Sage for the event. Rescheduling: 1. The Client may request to reschedule an event, subject to availability and agreement by Artsy Sage. 2. Any rescheduling requests must be made at least two weeks before the original event date. 3. Artsy Sage will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests but does not guarantee the availability of alternative dates or times. Payment: 1. The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon event fee in full to secure the booking. 2. Payment can be made through the designated payment methods specified by artsy sage. 3. Failure to make the required payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the event booking. Event Modifications: 1. The Client may request modifications to the event details, such as changes in the number of participants or event duration, subject to the Company's approval and any applicable fees or adjustments. 2. Any modifications must be requested in writing and received by Artsy Sage at least two weeks before the event date. Cancellation by the Company: 1. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue unavailability, or instructor unavailability. 2. In the event of cancellation by the Company, the Client will be offered the option to reschedule the event or receive a full refund of the event fee. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Staes. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of florida. By booking an event with the Artsy Sage, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Traveling Fees Terms and Conditions Agreement govern the assessment and payment of traveling fees by clients for events organized by Artsy Sage outside of Coral Springs, FL. By booking an event that requires travel, Clients agree to the following terms and conditions: Traveling Fees: 1. Clients located outside of Coral Springs, FL, up to 10 miles may be subject to additional traveling fees based on the distance between the event location and Coral Springs. 2. The specific traveling fees and distance brackets will be provided to the Client upon booking and will be based on the Artsy Sages's standard pricing structure. 3. The traveling fees will cover the costs associated with transportation, travel time, and any other reasonable expenses incurred by Artsy Sage to provide the event at the designated location. Distance Calculation: 4. The Company reserves the right to use reliable mapping or GPS services to determine the distance and assess the appropriate traveling fees. Travel Arrangements: 5. It is the responsibility of the Client to provide accurate and detailed information about the event location, including the complete address and any relevant instructions for accessing the venue. 6. Clients are responsible for any necessary permissions, permits, or arrangements required by the event location, including but not limited to parking facilities or access to electrical outlets. Payment of Traveling Fees: 7. The traveling fees will be communicated to the Client upon booking and included in the total cost of the event. 8. Clients agree to pay the traveling fees as a separate component of the event fee, as outlined in the invoice provided by the Company. 9. Traveling fees are due in full before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the Client and Artsy Sage. Cancellation or Rescheduling: 5.1 In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the Client, any traveling fees already paid are non-refundable, as they are intended to cover the costs incurred by the Company in preparation for the event. 5.2 The Company may, at its discretion, allow the Client to transfer the traveling fees to a rescheduled event, subject to availability and any additional fees that may apply. Liability: 6.1 The Company will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safe transportation of materials and personnel to and from the event location. 6.2 The Company is not responsible for any delays, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond its control that may impact the travel arrangements or the timely arrival of the Company's personnel and equipment. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction]. By booking an event that requires travel with the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions When should I book my party? We require that you book 2 weeks in advance. Please Note: Any parties booked after the 2 week cut off period is subject to the 15% Late Booking Fee! What happens after I complete the party request form? When we recieve your paint party request form, we'll send an invoice via email with the payment details within 2 business days. All unpaid invoices will expire after 48 hours. An invoice is not a quote. How many guests can I have? There is a mimumum number depending on the package you are choosing. Please refer to your package options. What is the travel fee? Travel fee is included in the rate for Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek, and Boca Raton. The rest of Broward County will have a flat rate of $100. All other beaches outside, and venues of areas listed outside of Broward County will have a travel rate that is $300.00. When is the deposit due? The deposit is due after the invoice is sent to secure your party date. Please Note: All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, in the event that you need to cancel you'll be provided a party credit to reschedule only if the cancellation policy listed on the contract is followed. Will you help rearrange or move our patio furniture? Sure, $150 to rearrange furniture. What is the policy for Outdoor Parties? Your require to secure a secondary indoor location incase if the weather prevents us from setting up. We will not setup in the rain. Please make sure your secondary location has enough space for your party. Do rent out your easels and paint brushes? Unfortunately, No, we do offer a paint party rental service, sorry. Can I rent your decor to host my own private party? Unfortunately, No, we do offer a party rental services, sorry. Can I purchase the canvas only, I already have paint? Sure, our custom canvases are $25 to order simply click the canvas tab an fill out the order form. I would like to book the Luxury Packages but i want to use my own desserts and drinks. Your definetly able to provide you own food, desserts and drinks however it will not change the party package price.
